I love berries. Strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, anything with erries in them.
Ingredients
1 punnet strawberries
2 oranges, peeled and segmented - save juice.
2 passionfruit
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbspn water
3 tbspn cointreau
300 ml cream
Instructions
- Wash and hull strawberries.
- Add to orange segments and juice.
- Add passionfruit pulp.
- Combine fruit with contreau, cover and refrigerate.
- Combine sugar and water in saucepan, stir over heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Bring to boil and remove from heat and cool.
- Add to fruit mixture, cover, refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Desert can be completely assembled ahead of time. Top with cream before serving.
