Ingredients
250 g Butter (Cubed)
250 g Dark Chocolate (roughly chopped)
1 Cup Brown Sugar
3 Eggs
3/4 Cup Plain Flour
1/4 Cup Self-Raising Flour
1 Cup Berries
1/2 Cup White Choc Bits
Icing Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 150 degrees (170 degrees if not fan-forced).
- Lightly grease baking tray and line with baking paper.
- Melt butter and chocolate in pan over boiling water. Allow to cool.
- Cream eggs and sugar in large bowl of electric mixer.
- Gently add chocolate mixture to creamed eggs and sugar.
- Fold in sifted flours to combine well.
- Pour half the mixture into prepared tin.
- Sprinkle berries over the mixture. Sprinkle Choc-Bits over the berries.
- Pour remaining mixture over the top ensuring all berries and Choc-bits are covered.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool in tin, and then refrigerate overnight before dusting with icing sugar and cutting into squares.
