Ingredients
250 grams sweet biscuits (marie) crushed
1 cup diced dried apricots
1 1/2 cups dessicated coconut
395 gram can condensed milk
125 gram butter
1 3/4 cups nestles milk melts
Instructions
- Line 18 x 28 cm slab tin.
- Combine biscuit crumbs, coconut and apricots in bowl.
- Put condensed milk and butter in saucepan.
- Stir over medium heat until combined.
- Mix into dry ingredients.
- Press into tin and allow to set.
- Pour over melted chocolate and allow to set.
