Whoever thought a tiny candy bar should be called "fun size" was a moron.
Ingredients
250 grams plain sweet biscuit crumbs
125 grams melted butter
1 can condensed milk
4 x 60 gram snickers bars chopped
Topping
125 grams dark chocolate chopped
25 grams butter chopped
Instructions
- Combine crumbs and butter in bowl.
- Mix well and press over base of lamington tin. Refrigerate 20 mins.
- Combine milk and chocolate bars in heavy base pan, stir over low heat till well combined.
- Cook stirring constantly about 5 mins or until thickened slightly.
- Place hot caramel mixture over base.
- Bake in moderate oven about 15 mins or until beginning to set.
- Cool. Spread warm topping over caramel mixture.
- Cool and refrigerate until set.
Topping
- Combine chocolate and butter in pan, stir over low heat until smooth.
