I don't think I've ever seen pie advertised. That's how you know it's good.
Ingredients
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tspns oil
1 stick celery, chopped
1.5kg ground beef
1 tspn salt
1/4 tspn black pepper
1 can Heinz Creamy Mushroom Soup
2 tbspn HP sauce
Mashed Potato
1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated cheese
Instructions
- Gently fry onion and celery in oil, add beef, cook until browned.
- Add salt, pepper, grated carrot, zucchini, soup and HP sauce.
- Cook for 15 mins.
- Transfer to casserole dish and top with thick layer of mashed potato.
- Top with fresh breadcrumbs and grated cheese.
- Bake at 180c for 20 mins.
